Procurement Manager
We're currently looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our Procurement and Contract Management function, based on a hybrid basis from our Brierley Hill office. You'll play a key role in shaping our supplier strategy, managing third-party relationships and driving value across our supplier network.

This is a leadership role with responsibility for overseeing a team of specialists across supplier and contract management activities. You'll ensure priorities are achieved, relationships are effectively managed and processes continue to evolve in line with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll drive efficiencies, support governance activities and help ensure we continue to get the best value from our supplier and partner relationships.
In This Role, You'll
- Lead Arc's procurement and contract management function.
- Develop and implement supplier strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Oversee supplier sourcing, negotiations, contracting and onboarding activities.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure service standards are achieved.
- Lead, develop and support a team of procurement, supplier and contract management professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement and contract management processes.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiencies and supplier optimisation.
- Support governance, audit and regulatory requirements across the function.

Requirements
We're looking for an experienced procurement or supplier management professional with proven people management experience. You'll be confident leading and developing a team whilst managing supplier relationships, contract management activities and driving accountability across the function. You'll bring a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills and the resilience to balance competing priorities whilst ensuring projects and initiatives remain on track.
