Your new role

As Indirect Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of key indirect categories, including Marketing, Print, Property and Estates, developing sourcing strategies that drive value, reduce risk, and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end procurement activity across indirect spend categories
  • Delivering category strategies for Marketing, Print, Property and Estates
  • Managing tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract awards
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business requirements and influence decision-making
  • Identifying cost reduction, value improvement, and supplier innovation opportunities
  • Managing supplier performance and contractual compliance
  • Delivering procurement projects within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Providing commercial advice and market insight to support strategic decisions

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as an Indirect Procurement Manager, Category Manager, or Senior Procurement Manager
  • Strong procurement expertise across one or more of the following categories: Marketing, Print, Property, Estates, Facilities Management, or Corporate Services
  • Demonstrable experience delivering sourcing projects, negotiations, and commercial outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong supplier relationship and contract management experience
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering savings and added value
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and changing environment
