Procurement Manager – Marketing | Middlesex | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Procurement Manager to join the Enterprise Marketing Procurement function of a leading global technology organisation.
Working within a high-performing global procurement team, you'll take ownership of the PR & Social category while playing a key role in the organisation's wider MarTech and Generative AI transformation.
This is a strategic, commercially focused position where you'll partner with senior marketing stakeholders, influence sourcing strategies, and help shape the future of marketing procurement across an international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the PR & Social procurement category, developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver maximum value and ROI.
- Build trusted relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, providing commercial guidance and procurement expertise.
- Support the ongoing transformation of marketing through MarTech and Generative AI initiatives.
- Lead commercial negotiations for complex agency, services, and technology agreements.
- Develop strong supplier partnerships while ensuring robust contract management and governance.
- Monitor market trends, agency developments, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and benchmarking.
- Deliver measurable commercial benefits through category management, supplier management, and demand management.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and governance.

Experience Required
We are seeking a commercially minded procurement professional with:
- Proven experience in Marketing Procurement, including exposure to digital marketing, MarTech, and/or Generative AI.
- Strong category management and commercial sourcing expertise.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a genuine interest in emerging marketing technologies and innovation.
- A collaborative approach, thriving in fast-paced, transformative environments.
- A results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering measurable value.
