Procurement Manager | Operations Procurement (Operational Outsourcing, Mail & Print)

Edinburgh or Glasgow - Hybrid Basis

£70,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to join a procurement function that is on a significant transformation journey. With major investment across the business and procurement playing an increasingly strategic role, you'll have the chance to shape category strategy, influence senior stakeholders and help drive the next phase of the function's evolution.


Role Overview

Joining a well-established household name, you'll take ownership of a diverse Operations Procurement category spanning Operational Outsourcing, Mail & Print and associated operational services. This is a highly visible role with plenty of exposure across the business, offering the autonomy to make decisions while developing your career within a procurement function that continues to invest in its people.

Required Background

  • Experience managing Operations Procurement, Operational Outsourcing, Business Services, Logistics, Mail & Print or other complex outsourced service categories.
  • Strong end-to-end procurement and category management experience, including sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence commercial decision making.
  • Comfortable managing strategic supplier relationships while identifying opportunities to drive value, efficiency and continuous improvement.
