Location: London hybrid – 2-3 days per week on site
Start Date: 27 July 2026
Contract Length: Initial 12-week assignment with potential extension
We are currently supporting a major infrastructure organisation in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with strong experience across indirect spend categories to drive value, deliver savings opportunities and manage end-to-end procurement activity within a complex infrastructure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities across a range of indirect spend categories.
- Analyse spend data and identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Run end-to-end procurement processes, including tendering and supplier selection.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities are conducted in line with governance and compliance requirements.
- Support the delivery of procurement projects within agreed timelines.
Essential Experience
- Proven procurement experience within an infrastructure, engineering or asset-intensive environment.
- Strong experience across indirect spend categories, including:
- Engineering Services
- Facilities Management (FM)
- IT and Technology
- Demonstrable experience identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives.
- Experience managing procurement procedures from sourcing through to contract award.
- Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience
- Knowledge of and experience working within public sector procurement regulations.
- Experience operating within regulated or publicly funded environments.
