The Opportunity
A highly visible and strategic procurement position supporting the continued growth of the company’s European logistics network.
The successful candidate will:
- Take ownership of sourcing and supplier management across warehousing, construction, and logistics services
- Work closely with UK and European local leadership teams, as well as global stakeholders
- Contribute directly to the development of one of Europe’s fastest-growing logistics networks

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for:
- Warehousing
- Construction
- Engineering
- Logistics services
- Build and maintain a high-quality supplier ecosystem across the UK and Europe
- Lead the entire lifecycle of supplier engagement, including:
- Sourcing & evaluation
- Onboarding & contract negotiation
- Performance management
- Drive cost optimization, service improvements, and long-term supplier partnerships
- Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and industry shifts in the logistics sector
- Collaborate with pan-European and headquarters teams on:
- Regional procurement strategies
- Network expansion projects
Ideal Background
Applicants should possess:
- Strong experience in logistics procurement, specialising in:
- Warehousing, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or logistics services
- Experience in large-scale logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, transportation, retail, or industrial settings
- Deep knowledge of UK/and or European logistics supplier networks and market dynamics
- Proven track record in:
- Strategic sourcing
- Contract law and negotiation
- Supplier management
- Adaptability to fast-paced, international roles with multi-stakeholder accountability

Work Model
- Full-time on-site commitment for the first six months
- Hybrid approach: 3–4 days per week in the office after the initial on-site period
- Compensation structure: Flexible, based on experience and seniority
