The Opportunity

A highly visible and strategic procurement position supporting the continued growth of the company’s European logistics network.

The successful candidate will:

  • Take ownership of sourcing and supplier management across warehousing, construction, and logistics services
  • Work closely with UK and European local leadership teams, as well as global stakeholders
  • Contribute directly to the development of one of Europe’s fastest-growing logistics networks

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for:
    • Warehousing
    • Construction
    • Engineering
    • Logistics services
  • Build and maintain a high-quality supplier ecosystem across the UK and Europe
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of supplier engagement, including:
    • Sourcing & evaluation
    • Onboarding & contract negotiation
    • Performance management
  • Drive cost optimization, service improvements, and long-term supplier partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, capacity availability, and industry shifts in the logistics sector
  • Collaborate with pan-European and headquarters teams on:
    • Regional procurement strategies
    • Network expansion projects

Ideal Background

Applicants should possess:

  • Strong experience in logistics procurement, specialising in:
    • Warehousing, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or logistics services
  • Experience in large-scale logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, transportation, retail, or industrial settings
  • Deep knowledge of UK/and or European logistics supplier networks and market dynamics
  • Proven track record in:
    • Strategic sourcing
    • Contract law and negotiation
    • Supplier management
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, international roles with multi-stakeholder accountability
