At Nomia, we make tail spend simpler, more transparent, and more valuable, acting as an extension of our customers' procurement teams from Procurement Hubs across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia.
We are hiring a Procurement Manager to lead regional sourcing across indirect categories, operating at the intersection of procurement expertise and digital intelligence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead end-to-end sourcing across indirect categories: IT hardware, software, licenses, and professional services.
- Run RFx processes (RFP/RFQ) on the Nomia platform for structured, comparable, data-backed supplier responses.
- Evaluate suppliers on cost, capability, compliance, and service quality using platform analytics and spend data.
- Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and contractual terms using market data and cost modelling.
- Build and manage regional supplier relationships and maintain the preferred supplier list.
- Develop category strategies using AI-driven intelligence and regional market data.
- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and sanctions screening.
- Partner with Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in a sourcing and procurement role.
- Proven experience supporting category strategies and SRM initiatives.
- Strong grasp of S2P workflows, processes, and procurement technology.
- High AI fluency, with strong data analysis, negotiation, and SRM experience.
- Enterprise SaaS experience is a plus.
- Clear, empathetic communication with stakeholders at every level.
