The Role
The Procurement Officer plays a critical role in ensuring Edrington UK (EUK) secures high-quality products and services—at the right price, time, and compliance level, while minimising risk. The position demands:
- Well-developed procurement experience in contract management & administration
- Strong collaboration, organisation, and project management skills for cross-functional reporting
- Results-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in commercial contracts, negotiation, and cross-departmental influence
- High level of *attention to detail, planning, and ability to adapt to business needs while meeting personal objectives

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Finance UK & Western Europe, the successful candidate will:

| Procurement & Contract Management | Manage major indirect procurement projects and contracts (e.g., fleet, utilities, marketing agencies) under supervision of the Head of Finance |
| Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence | Ensure approved suppliers meet quality, compliance, and risk standards |
| Fleet Management | Overseer company car procurement and fleet administration |
| Travel Management | Coordinate corporate travel arrangements aligned with EUK policy |
| Procurment Controls | Monitor adherence to EUK Global Procurement control requirements |

Your Talent & Skills
