Procurement Process & Transformation Manager
London | Hybrid £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation investing heavily in transforming its procurement function. They are seeking a Procurement Process & Transformation Manager to join their newly established team, helping reshape procurement operations, drive process excellence, and support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage in its procurement journey. Unlike traditional sourcing roles, this position focuses on improving procurement operations—redesigning processes, embedding new technology, and enabling organisational change across a global business.
Collaborating with procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering their major procurement transformation programme. This includes defining future-state procurement processes, coordinating transformation workstreams, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working. The ideal candidate enjoys integrating project management, process improvement, and change management, with the opportunity to influence the evolution of a growing procurement function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
