A Career with Purpose

Bionical Emas is a global Early Access Programs (EAP) and Clinical Trial Supply (CTS) group bringing life-changing medicines to patients around the world. Their range of services and capabilities benefit many of the world’s leading pharma and biotech companies.

At Bionical Emas, you will have the chance to develop your career while working with an outstanding team of people. Our shared values create a unique culture that guides our actions and defines who we are. You will be a part of a welcoming, flexible, and supportive culture that values trust and belonging. We believe that creating opportunities for our people to develop their skills is crucial to our growth and success. If you are inspired by changing the lives of patients all over the world, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

We are looking for a procurement manager to support the Sourcing team, Account management team and wider CTS Department on the delivery of projects and orders. Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain, different ways to access product and how this can be used to create supply solutions for the CTS market. Develop an understanding of the CTS business, the relevant pharmaceutical products and markets we are involved in.

What will your job look like?

  • Work with the VP Central Sourcing to understand, implement and continually improve the central sourcing strategy, developing knowledge of key comparator products, their therapy areas and the right channels to access them
  • Source and procure competitively priced products in line with the business's ethics, global sourcing and procurement processes, meeting agreed procurement targets and sourcing KPIs
  • Develop long-lasting, trusted relationships with key wholesalers, manufacturers and suppliers — including in-person and virtual meetings — to best support business demands
  • Build detailed knowledge of existing and potential global suppliers, pharmaceutical products, supply chains and markets, performing gap analysis on the supplier network and identifying new suppliers where required
  • Own and manage the end-to-end ordering process with suppliers and account management teams, ensuring key deliverables (timelines, specifications, quality standards) are achieved and resolving challenges across the order life cycle
  • Negotiate supplier discounts and initiatives to uplift margin, while monitoring key sourcing metrics and driving best sourcing behaviours across the CTS business
  • Proactively identify upcoming supply chain bottlenecks and develop solutions ahead of time to limit disruption to clients
  • Collaborate closely with the CTS Account Management team and other internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels, feed into quotes, proposals and bid defences, and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Group's supply network and available vendors to promote synergies across business units and improve client offerings
  • Ensure all duties comply with quality processes and SOPs, GDP, licensing/regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and health & safety, anti-bribery, and data protection programmes, taking a risk-based approach to sourcing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
