We are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to join its EMEA infrastructure procurement function.
This role will provide hands-on procurement and operational support across major data centre construction, integration and fit-out programmes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
You will manage sourcing exercises, supplier onboarding, contract execution, purchase orders and supply chain coordination across categories including telecoms, fibre installation, network infrastructure, general contractors, architecture and engineering services, project controls and cost management.

- Deliver regional and project-specific RFP and RFQ processes
- Prepare bid documentation and complete commercial bid evaluations
- Coordinate scope and pricing comparisons to ensure like-for-like supplier proposals
- Support supplier selection, award recommendations and single-source justifications
- Review contracts, statements of work, rate cards and commercial documentation
- Coordinate contract approvals and signature processes with legal and operational teams
- Manage supplier onboarding, compliance screening and vendor activation
- Prepare, validate and route purchase agreements and purchase orders
- Collaborating across European, Middle Eastern and African time zones
- Validate supplier pricing against agreed contracts, rate cards and global price lists
- Monitor supplier delivery schedules and escalate risks affecting project timelines
- Maintain procurement trackers, reporting dashboards and operational performance metrics
- Support procurement process improvements and transformation initiatives

Experience:
- 6β10 yearsβ experience within procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management or cost management
- Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering or data centre projects
- Experience managing supplier onboarding and purchase order processes
- Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel capability and experience using Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP or comparable procurement and ERP platforms
