Supplier Account Manager Jobs in UK – Join the Team at Stannah

We’re looking for an experienced Supplier Account Manager—someone who excels at building strong, productive relationships with our suppliers and helping us achieve the very best value from our supply chain.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key supplier accounts, support colleagues in developing their supplier-management skills, and actively contribute to resolving issues as they arise.

As the Supplier Account Manager, you’ll also help us shape and streamline our supplier base, ensuring each product category benefits from high-quality, value-adding partners.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues at all levels, fostering strong working relationships and acting as a trusted partner to internal teams.

This role is all about understanding internal needs and ensuring those needs are met. If you thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy supporting others, and love helping businesses optimise their supplier base, this is the opportunity for you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and manage key supplier relationships, enforce appropriate terms and conditions (T&Cs) and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead supply-chain improvement initiatives using data, systems insights, and collaboration with colleagues and suppliers
  • Negotiate and manage supplier performance, while also guiding managers in developing robust supplier-management capabilities
  • Support managers in resolving supplier issues and consolidating supplier categories to boost operational efficiency
  • Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks, ensuring purchased products comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer demands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
