Morgan Hunt are delighted to support a Public Sector Organisation across the Central Belt as they look to welcome a Procurement Specialist on a full-time and permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement projects in compliance with public sector regulations.
- Manage tendering, supplier evaluation, contract award, and contract management activities.
- Provide procurement advice and support to stakeholders.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships to deliver value for money and continuous improvement.
- Promote procurement best practice, governance, and sustainable outcomes.

Skills & Experience
- Experience delivering medium to high-value procurement projects in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of public procurement legislation, governance, and compliance.
- Skilled in tender management, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
- Experience using e-procurement systems.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence, manage competing priorities, and deliver procurement improvements.
