Location: Liverpool / Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary & Package: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus and a further strong benefits package
Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation within the Financial Services sector to recruit a Procurement Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative procurement function where you will play a key role in shaping procurement strategy, delivering commercial value, and strengthening supplier governance across the Group.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and support the development of a best-in-class procurement function.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activity, including sourcing strategy, RFPs, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract award, and supplier onboarding.
- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring strong performance, governance, and ongoing value delivery.
- Drive cost optimisation, process improvements, and risk mitigation through effective category management and strategic sourcing.
- Produce procurement reporting and dashboards to monitor savings, supplier performance, spend, and procurement activity.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and third-party risk management standards.

Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience within a procurement role, ideally across indirect categories such as Professional Services, Marketing, FM, Property, and/or IT.
- Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience working within Financial Services or another regulated industry would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
