Procurement Specialist | Crawley
Alexander Lloyd are supporting a growing business based in Crawley who are looking to add a Procurement Specialist on a permanent basis.
This role will suit someone with a few years' procurement experience who enjoys sourcing, negotiating with suppliers, managing RFQs, and supporting project delivery from enquiry through to order placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source products and services from UK and international suppliers
- Manage and respond to customer RFQs
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
- Assess quotations to ensure technical and commercial compliance
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Manage multiple project enquiries and deadlines simultaneously
- Conduct supplier due diligence and onboarding activities
- Support order placement and project delivery activities once contracts are secured

Experience required:
- Procurement experience within a project-driven environment
- Previous experience in Oil, Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering or Mining industries are essential
- Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of international trade
- Ability to work across multiple priorities and deadlines
