Procurement Analyst & Systems Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in managing procurement systems, supplier enablement, and data insights, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement across the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimise procurement ERP/eProcurement systems, including workflows, approvals, and user access.
- Manage supplier onboarding, enablement, and catalogue/punchout integrations.
- Maintain accurate catalogue data (pricing, descriptions, classifications, compliance).
- Produce dashboards, reports, and spend analysis using Power BI and ERP tools.
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and efficiencies.
- Act as the primary contact for vendor queries and resolve system or process issues.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities, including PO management, invoicing queries, and receipting.
- Maintain procurement records, contracts, and audit/compliance activities.
- Deliver user training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to systems and processes.
- Conduct credit checks and support supplier due diligence.

Qualifications & Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Procurement degree (business degree is acceptable).
- Experience managing procurement ERP or eProcurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer, or similar).
- Strong understanding of punchout catalogues, supplier enablement, and eProcurement processes.
- Experience in procurement reporting, spend analytics, and data management.
- Knowledge of vendor management and supplier onboarding processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional procurement certification preferred (e.g., CIPS or equivalent).
- Experience with ERP integrations, EDI, cXML, or punchout technologies.
- Familiarity with procurement compliance and governance frameworks.
- Experience working within large or multi-site organisations.
