About The Role
The Procurement Systems Analyst supports and enhances the procurement systems landscape, with a focus on SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules.
Key responsibilities include:
- System administration, continuous improvement, and enhancing functionality to meet Group Procurement & Contracts needs
- Collaboration across Procurement, Finance, CoE (Centre of Excellence), and diverse suppliers to support buying route strategy
- Maximising P&C (Procurement & Contracts) systems functionality
- Providing application support and troubleshooting for internal users and suppliers
- Contributing to development of training materials to ensure effective system use

What Will Make You Successful?
The successful candidate will:
- Have a procurement background and proactive problem-solving skills
- Possess the ability to apply technical know-how to translate procurement needs into system improvements
- Be confident simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building abilities, working effectively with all levels, including senior management
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba upstream and downstream modules
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint skills
- Flexible, adaptable mindset for clear, concise communication
Helpful but Not Essential:
- Experience in data and reporting
