Job Title: Procurement & Third-Party Manager

Target Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available

Salary Range: £44,800 - £67,200 Dependent on Experience

Location: Eastleigh - Hybrid working with a remote first approach

Procurement & Third-Party Manager:

At Ageas, we're looking for a commercially minded and highly proactive Procurement & Third-Party Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who can confidently manage supplier relationships from sourcing and contract negotiation through to performance management and ongoing governance. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our suppliers deliver value, innovation, resilience, and excellent service to support key business objectives.

This role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of independence, while confidently challenging stakeholders when needed to achieve the right commercial and operational outcomes. Managing a portfolio of suppliers that underpin our day-to-day operations, you'll be responsible for driving cost efficiencies, managing risk, strengthening supplier performance, and ensuring compliance within a regulated environment.

You'll bring experience in supplier and category management, contract negotiation, third-party risk management, and procurement transformation. You will be comfortable operating across strategic and operational activities, identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance, enhance governance, create efficiencies, and increase the value procurement brings to the wider business. Above all, you'll be a resilient, results-driven professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.

Main Responsibilities as Procurement & Third-Party Manager:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of third-party suppliers.
  • Drive supplier performance, governance, and service delivery.
  • Deliver savings, cost efficiencies, and commercial value.
  • Partner with and challenge stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
