The Brand

This Producer role opportunity sits within one of the UK's fastest-growing D2C lifestyle brands, renowned for creating beautifully designed products, delivering best-in-class digital experiences and setting the pace with premium content. Operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, the business is constantly pushing creative boundaries, investing heavily in brand storytelling and producing world-class campaigns across social, eCommerce and marketing. This is a chance for a Producer to join a brand where content is at the heart of commercial success and every project has real impact.

The Role

As Producer, you'll be the driving force behind the entire content production process, owning projects from initial brief through to final delivery. Working across Brand, Creative and eCommerce, you'll build production plans, manage critical paths, coordinate shoots, oversee suppliers, talent and logistics, and ensure every campaign launches flawlessly. This isn't a traditional creative role - it's a highly commercial, operational position where organisation, leadership and execution are everything. You'll be the person who keeps multiple high-profile productions moving at pace, ensuring exceptional content is delivered on time, every time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
