We are looking for: An expert producer who wants to work with exciting brands and help make standout, filmed branded content for social media, digital platforms, and earned media.
Our ideal candidate is… A seasoned producer or agency producer with extensive experience in project management, production, and content creation. This individual should have a background working in-house at a PR firm or creative agency, demonstrating a proven track record in producing brand-driven, earned-first, and social media content. This role requires a dynamic and highly organised professional who excels in handling multiple projects while maintaining a keen focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Key qualifications and experience include:
- Producer: You will be able to provide examples of earned-first, and social-first content campaigns that you have produced from start to finish.
- Project Management: Experience of overseeing content campaigns through all stages of production, from creative ideation and strategy to pre-production, production, and post-production. Specific experience should include; client liaison, collaboration with creatives, planning productions, managing crews, RAMs, casting, PPMs and liaising with suppliers.
- On-Set Producer: Experience of being a producer on set / location, helping to ensure that filming runs smoothly and efficiently from a logistical standpoint, coordinating between departments, managing schedules, solving problems in real-time, and maintaining communication among the crew and talent.
- Client Management: An excellent account handler with experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all needs are met and that every project runs smoothly and progresses on schedule.
- Social Media: Experience in creating, curating, and managing content specifically tailored for social media platforms is highly beneficial.
- Budget Management: You will be adept at capacity planning, managing production budgets, and tracking expenses and overall costs to ensure efficient and profitable execution across all campaigns.
- Creative: In addition to your production responsibilities, you will collaborate with our Head of Creative to help develop treatments and scripts for both social and branded content so strong writing skills and attention to detail are beneficial.
- Agency Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating effectively with both creative and production teams.
- Effective communication: Communication is a cornerstone of this role, allowing you to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally. In a fast-paced agency environment, you should be well equipped to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate the ability to work well and communicate clearly under pressure.
- A proactive attitude and calm demeanor: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into tasks, contributing actively to the success of our projects and team. Your calm demeanor, focus on solutions, and excellent organisational skills will be essential as you juggle your workload and support your team members.
