THE ROLE
This is an experiential producer role where you'll be tasked with creating and supporting highly detailed and complex events for one of the most prestigious clients on the planet. For a long time we've set the bar almost impossibly high, and we're looking for someone who can join us and add to what we've done already.
As a Producer you will be working with project teams to deliver multiple events throughout the year. The core purpose of this role is to assist the team with the delivery of small to medium scale events as well as supporting teams on the delivery of large scale events.
The ideal Producer would have experience of working in the event industry in a similar role and demonstrate that they can manage and lead projects. This person would be responsible for managing small to medium scale events with budgets of up to £250k and would be working across existing accounts, and support teams on larger projects. This position requires the ability to communicate well with clients, negotiate with suppliers, plan and organise events, be an instant team player with an ‘anything is possible’ attitude and have a proactive approach to learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage small to medium scale events and projects, manage the project from beginning to end, lead on client comms, manage a small team, delegate tasks, liaise with the client, and report back to the Project Lead at regular intervals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative ideas, build mood boards, produce working decks and clearly present ideas to the client.
- Manage client relationships, ensure transparency on what is achievable in the delivery of projects and manage client expectations.
- Manage small to medium scale event budgets, raise POs, authorise invoices and make payments, tracking all spends and managing post-event budget reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with Producers, Senior Producers, Production Managers and Designers working effectively in a team to deliver events from concept to completion.
- Lead on administrative and logistical support, including booking travel & accommodation, arranging meetings, note-taking, support with research, etc.
- Support on the delivery of large-scale projects, taking ownership of work streams and working collaboratively in a team.
- Assist with negotiating client and supplier contracts.
- Assist with pitching for new business.
- Live event management and coordination of teams onsite, including staffing plans and risk mitigation.
- Manage and book suppliers, take ownership of relationships, liaising throughout the process, negotiate costs and ensure value for money.
- Source and purchase props, decor, furniture, materials and any other items required for projects.
- Collate and process data, assist with tracking project KPIs and process event feedback and assist with presenting to the client.
- Research and source venues, liaise with venues, share information with the wider team and clients.
- Conduct site visits with the client and suppliers, ensuring all logistical plans are in place, including security plans, cleaning, waste disposal, access, etc.
- Champion Bearded Kitten’s sustainability practices.
- Plan and organise event documentation, including call sheets and briefing documents, status trackers, graphics matrix, timelines, H&S paperwork, etc.
- Undertake any other duties within the scope of your knowledge and skills as required.

KEY SKILLS
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in the events industry in a similar role working on a range of projects across disciplines.
- Management experience of small to medium scale events, experiences or installations.
- Strong budgeting skills with working knowledge of excel/google sheets and strong IT/computer skills in general (Bearded Kitten use G-Suite).
- Working knowledge and understanding of event H&S requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor responses according to the situation and communicate with clarity, conviction and persuasiveness.
- Ability to build effective relationships with others and champion collaborative ways of working.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of accuracy.
- Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to think creatively to deliver ideas and solutions whilst remaining curious and eager to learn.
- Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally (for periods not exceeding one month).

- 25 days paid holiday, plus Bank Holidays. 1 additional day added per year of service up to 5 days.
