Who are Coolr?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers, and change makers. Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo, and Compare the Market (to name drop a few), our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. We have a strong platform for growth and have made great strides forward – now we really want to take things to the next level.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Producer with experience creating content for a range of brands. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, natural creative flair, and a solid background in video. This growing team works closely together to create standout content across the tech, travel, and finance sectors. You’ll bring fresh ideas and stay on top of social media trends.

The Job 💻

  • Being responsible for translating top line ideas or client briefs into high-end concepts and productions.
  • Work across social platforms – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
  • Managing the development and production process of social-first videos, ensuring the brand and platform is at the heart of the idea.
  • Write detailed decks and presentations for clients and new business.
  • Accurately communicating the creative idea on behalf of the creative team – i.e., writing and presenting storyboards/scripts and creating decks.
  • Have a good understanding of budgets and be able to recommend solutions to match specific budgets.
  • Working with an editor to craft the video assets and provide feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
