About the Role

We are looking for a London-based Producer who treats scriptwriting as a craft and storytelling as an exact art form.

At ENP Media, we create sophisticated documentary-style content for brands, major broadcasters, and large, global NGOs. We operate as a tight, in-house, highly skilled team distributed across the world, and we are looking for a producer who is a great writer and an even better team player to join us full-time.

We approach every single project with a journalist's curiosity, a documentarian's integrity, and a script-doctor's passion for great writing.

This isn't a passive coordination role. You will translate complex, high-stakes briefs into watertight shooting scripts, manage sophisticated global stakeholders with total composure, and become part of a highly-skilled international team of professionals.

What the Role Entails:

  • Scriptwriting and communication skills: Bring a relentless passion for great writing to every project. Craft compelling, story-driven scripts from initial concept to final shooting draft.
  • Editorial judgement and Integrity: Lean into your journalistic curiosity to unearth unique angles and untold stories for brands and global NGOs alike.
  • People Skills: Act as the primary creative bridge for our clients, aligning the strategic objectives of broadcasters and corporate partners with our editorial standards.
  • Teamwork: We are a tight, focused, and ambitious team. Collaboration, communication, and trust are the most important skills required to become part of ENP Media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
