Job Description
Join Clove as our first Producer to build and lead our in-house video studio from the ground up. You will own the entire production pipeline—from studio setup and equipment selection to directing high-impact YouTube content and podcasts. This is a rare opportunity to define the visual identity of a disruptive fintech brand.

What You Will Do
- Establish a fully functional, professional-grade video studio from scratch, including equipment procurement, lighting setup, and operational workflow optimization.
- Direct founders, financial advisers, and external guests on camera, translating complex wealth management topics into engaging, human content for YouTube and social media.
- Manage the end-to-end production cycle, including sourcing and overseeing a bench of freelance editors to ensure high-quality, consistent output on tight schedules.

The ideal candidate
- Substantial hands-on experience in studio video production with a deep understanding of YouTube-specific growth metrics, hooks, and audience retention strategies.
- Proven ability to direct non-professional talent on camera, making complex or technical subjects feel warm, credible, and accessible to an audience.
- Exceptional operational and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and project timelines independently in an early-stage startup environment.
