THE TEAM

You will be part of our Business Change Management practice, embedded within a cross-functional technology ‘mission’. These teams bring together product, engineering and business expertise to deliver innovative digital solutions that make work simpler, smarter and more connected for our colleagues.

This is a highly collaborative environment where you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and business stakeholders, playing a key role in ensuring our technology products are successfully adopted and deliver real value.

THE ROLE

As Product Adoption Lead, you will shape how our data and technology products are adopted from early discovery through to scaled use. You will design and deliver mission-level adoption strategies, ensuring colleagues are at the heart of every product decision and that new ways of working are successfully embedded across the organisation.

You will combine user research, change management and product expertise to drive engagement, sustainable behaviour change and measurable business outcomes.

  • Define and deliver end-to-end adoption and change strategies aligned to product lifecycles and business goals
  • Own and evolve the mission-level adoption strategy, ensuring the right activity happens at the right stage of product maturity
  • Lead user research and insight activities, translating colleague needs and behaviours into actionable recommendations
  • Create and track adoption metrics, using data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes and demonstrate value
  • Act as the voice of the colleague within the mission, influencing product design and backlog priorities
  • Deliver targeted interventions that embed new habits, behaviours and ways of working
  • Equip leaders and managers with the tools and confidence to lead change effectively
  • Build capability across the business through coaching, training and local champion networks
  • Collaborate across multiple products and stakeholders, ensuring adoption activity is coordinated and impactful

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced change and adoption professional who brings a strong blend of product understanding, user empathy and stakeholder influence.

  • Deep expertise in change management frameworks, tools and adoption best practice
  • Proven track record of delivering adoption strategies that drive measurable behavioural and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital product delivery and agile methodologies
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insight to inform decisions and tell compelling stories
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across both technical and business audiences
  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex information into clear, engaging narratives
  • Experience coaching and enabling others to embed adoption and change thinking into their ways of working
  • Strong user focus, with experience in user research and representing the voice of the customer or colleague

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office
