ApTap enables data-driven, end-to-end, fully embedded experiences within banking apps. We’ve already helped consumers save hundreds of thousands of pounds and work with leading financial institutions including Barclays, BNP Paribas, Lloyds, Halifax, and TSB.

From product design to marketing to data science, we’re integrating cutting-edge AI tools and machine learning models across our business to accelerate growth and deliver real value to banks, brands, and consumers.

We’re a scale-up with ambitious growth plans. Joining ApTap means having the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one whilst helping shape the future of embedded financial experiences.

Why Join

  • Optimise business-critical product funnels spanning utilities switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions
  • Work directly with the leadership team on company priorities
  • Shape products used by major banks, brands, and thousands of consumers
  • Operate in an AI-first culture that embraces experimentation and rapid iteration
  • Work within a high-performing cross-functional squad

About Bridge

Bridge is the interface layer that connects opportunities, data, brands, and consumers across the ApTap ecosystem.

Bridge sits as the delivery mechanism for our product portfolio, enabling brands to launch embedded experiences quickly whilst leveraging the data, workflows, and infrastructure needed to deliver journeys inside of banking apps.

As Product Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing and optimising the performance of Bridge’s product funnels — spanning utilities comparison and switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions — working within a dedicated squad consisting of product, data, and engineering specialists.

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to optimise Bridge’s product funnels through its next stage of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role combines funnel analysis, commercial thinking, customer understanding, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with our Technology, Partnerships, Data, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritise investments, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll own the analytical view of how each Bridge funnel performs — identifying where users drop off, why, and what to change — and turn those insights into prioritised recommendations that shape the roadmap.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with your squad whilst ensuring Bridge continues to create value for both partners and consumers.

What You’ll Do

Funnel Analysis & Optimisation

  • Own the measurement, analysis, and optimisation of conversion across all Bridge product funnels — utilities comparison and switching, insurance, ecommerce, rewards, and competitions
  • Define and track KPIs and key results aligned to company goals
  • Prioritise optimisation opportunities based on customer value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility
  • Build funnel dashboards and reporting that give the business a clear view of performance
  • Act as the go-to source of product performance insight for the Bridge business unit

Squad Collaboration

  • Work within a cross-functional squad of product, data, and engineering specialists
  • Bring data and insight into squad planning and prioritisation
  • Share analytical best practice across the team
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Measure delivery outcomes against roadmap commitments

Customer & Partner Development

  • Work closely with banking partners, brands, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and opportunities
  • Translate market needs and funnel insights into scalable product improvements
  • Support partnership and commercial discussions where performance insight is required
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the product

Experimentation & Measurement

  • Work alongside Technology and Platform teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve funnel conversion
  • Use data and analytics to guide decision-making
  • Measure whether initiatives achieve their intended outcomes and feed learnings back into the roadmap
