About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of digital solutions, focusing on a customer-facing mobile and tablet application. You’ll work closely with a Product Manager and stakeholders to turn user needs into clear requirements, supporting iterative development and improvements to a live operational app—ideal for someone building a career in digital delivery, product, or business analysis.

This hybrid role is based in Barton-Upon-Humber a minimum of 3 days a week with occasional travel to other Wren locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather and translate stakeholder and user needs into clear, mobile-first requirements and user stories
  • Work closely with delivery teams to prioritise, refine, and support agile development and releases
  • Manage and maintain the product backlog, informed by live user feedback and agreed outcomes
  • Ensure real-world operational factors (connectivity, devices, usability) are considered throughout delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation and support governance and stakeholder communication

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with experience documenting requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)
  • Familiar with agile delivery and digital product environments
  • Understanding of mobile or responsive user experiences
  • Experience with common delivery tools and awareness of key non-functional requirements (usability, performance, accessibility)
