Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our ever-evolving Product Compliance, Risk, and CDD team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Managers to define and document business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze business processes and recommend product improvements that increase detection effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer value.
- Coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, production validation, and release activities.
- Create and maintain product documentation, process flows, and supporting artifacts.
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Assist with production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and resolution planning.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe Agile product development methodologies.
- Experience writing business requirements, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Experience supporting backlog management and Agile delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring concepts including alert generation, rules management, thresholds, segmentation, model tuning, and case management.

It’s a bonus if you have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience using SQL or performing data analysis to support product decisions.
- Knowledge of payment processing, merchant acquiring, or risk management.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience supporting SaaS products or cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with building or working with models (fraud, credit, and AML a plus)
