Product Analyst

Role Overview
The EPR Product Analyst will report into the EPR Product Specialist to support the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system by gathering requirements, analysing workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Primarily onsite working with travel required across the 3 SFH Trust sites
- Work unsociable hours to provide go-live support
- Manage a team to deliver a discrete configuration package
- Act as a bridge between clinical teams, technical specialists, and suppliers
- Provide detailed analysis to inform product decisions and configuration standards
- Contribute to testing, data validation, and adoption activities
- Ensure the EPR solution meets user needs and complies with safety and governance requirements
- Demonstrate the product to a range of stakeholders in groups and/or individual (one to one)

Requirements
- Experience in configuring Nervecentre EPR is preferred
- Substantial experience in application configuration and JavaScript
- Experience in configuration standards and application testing including automated testing systems
