Product Analyst – Credit Cards

Work Type: Full time Working Pattern: Hybrid (40% office-based, 两天/周 in Chester, Manchester, or Cardiff) Location: Chester, Manchester or Cardiff

About the Role

Do you want to shape the future of credit cards through data and insight? We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Credit Cards Product Development and Partnerships team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll help design innovative products, launch co-branded partnerships, and enhance experiences for millions of customers—combining data, product thinking, and commercial insight to directly influence customer outcomes and business growth.

Operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch—helping refine new propositions. You’ll analyse customer behaviour, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure products deliver the right balance of value for customers and commercial success.

Working closely with product, commercial, credit risk, and customer insight teams, you’ll be at the heart of collaboration and innovation, shaping key decisions and supporting our mission to evolve and grow the credit cards business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise data, analytics, and product thinking to guide product strategy and commercial decisions
  • Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders across teams to refine guidelines, processes, and customer experiences
  • Contribute to co-branded partnerships and affiliate propositions
  • Visualise data for effective report and presentation strategies
  • Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams across product, risk, and commercial functions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
