Join us in the Cards Product Development and Partnerships team, shaping the future of credit cards by building innovative products, launching co-brand card partnerships, and collaborating with global networks such as Visa and Mastercard. We take ownership of every step from idea to launch—balancing commercial success with exceptional customer outcomes.
Reporting to the Analytics Manager, this role pivots on delivering insight and analytics to help the Credit Card product function understand customer needs and behaviour, assess product performance, and realise financial plans—all while spearheading innovation.
By working closely with the Credit Card commercial team, platforms, and other key functional teams such as Affordability, Customer Propositions, Everyday Banking, Customer Insights, and Credit Risk, you will play an instrumental role in nurturing our innovation drive.

About the Opportunity
Join our Credit Cards Product Development and Partnerships team and contribute to reshaping the banking landscape through data-driven product innovation. You’ll be instrumental in creating and launching cutting-edge products, refining co-brand partnerships, and enhancing customer experiences across our product spectrum.
Operating within a fast-paced, data-centric environment, your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle—from conceptualisation to launch. Analyse customer behaviour, seize growth opportunities, and ensure our offerings deliver a harmonious blend of customer value and commercial efficacy.
Collaborating across product, commercial, risk management, and insight teams positions you at the heart of our collaborative and visionary culture. Your insights will directly drive decision-making, underscoring our commitment to evolving and scaling our credit cards business.

Job Description
Do you aspire to use data and innovation to shape credit card products for millions of customers?
We're seeking a Product Analyst who can harness data, product thinking, and commercial insight to bring fresh propositions to reality. This is an opportunity to bridge data, innovation, and growth in roles that make tangible impacts on our customers and business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Work collaboratively across functions in the development of new products and propositions
- Deliver highly tuned insights and analytics to guide commercial strategy and product refinement
- Translate complex data into actionable intelligence that drives business decisions
- Interact extensively with stakeholders in Affordability, Risk, and Customer Operations teams to align strategies
- Contribute to innovation initiatives through data-driven analysis and predictions
- Communicate technical insights straight to non-technical stakeholders
- Employ SQL, SAS, Power BI/Tableau or similar tools and platforms to extract and visualise crucial data
Requirements
Essential
- Proficient numerical and analytical abilities, with experience interpreting complex datasets
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or SAS in a commercial context
- Knowledge and experience using Excel and PowerPoint, combined with proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong track record of converting data into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, build stakeholder consensus, and communicate effectively
Desirable
- Prior experience within credit cards, consumer lending, or financial services industries
- Exposure to partnerships, co-branding, or affinity propositions
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., CoPilot), or a background within data-led product teams
