Product Analyst
Product and Experimentation Analyst
Location
This is a remote role. You can work virtually from anywhere within the UK.

The Opportunity
At RS Group, we are advancing our use of data, experimentation, product analytics, and operational tools to enhance customer outcomes and drive commercial growth. As a Product and Experimentation Analyst, you will help teams translate insights into action.
You will leverage product analytics, customer behaviour data, experimentation methods, and workflow tools to:
- Identify opportunities
- Develop growth hypotheses
- Support teams in testing, learning, and decision-making
What You Will Be Doing
Product Analytics and Customer Understanding
- Analyse customer behaviour across key digital journeys to:
- Identify friction points
- Spot opportunities
- Track changes in performance
- Translate behavioural data into simple, actionable recommendations for:
- Product teams
- UX teams
- Experimentation teams
- Business stakeholders
- Combine quantitative and qualitative insights, including:
- Analytics
- User research
- Voice of the customer
- Session replay tools (where available)
- Help stakeholders understand the "why" behind performance by connecting customer behaviour, product changes, and commercial outcomes
Growth Hypotheses and Experimentation
- Support teams in creating structured growth hypotheses based on:
- Data
- Customer insights
- Business priorities
- Collaborate with:
- Product Managers
- UX teams
- Engineering teams
- Business stakeholders
- To turn opportunities into:
- Experiment ideas
- Discovery questions
- Roadmap actions
- Support the design of A/B tests and other test-and-learn approaches

Airtable, Tools and Workflow Enablement
Build, maintain, and improve Airtable bases that support:
- Experimentation
- Product analytics
- Insight management
- Operational workflows
Automation and AI
Identify opportunities to:
- Reduce repetitive manual work
- Use low/no-code workflows
- Leverage AI-supported processes
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in one of these fields:
- Data analyst
- Product analyst
- Experimentation specialist
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Digital growth analytics
- Good knowledge of:
- A/B testing
- Experiential principles
- Core statistical concepts
- Experience using analytics/experimentation tools such as:
- Statsig
- Adobe Analytics
- Google Analytics
- Amplitude
- Contentsquare
- Experience building dashboards & reporting using:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker Studio
- Airtable
- Strong working knowledge of Airtable, including:
- Bases
- Linked records
- Forms
- Interfaces
- Views
- Automations
- Experience creating structured workflows such as:
- Repositories
- Trackers
- Operating systems
- Interest in practical AI use cases, particularly where AI can improve:
- Reporting
- Documentation
- Insight generation
- Workflow efficiency
- Foundational SQL skills and hands-on experience in:
- Large datasets in warehouse environments
- Tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift
