The Opportunity
Looking for a long-term contract with a premier, market-leading global payments enterprise? This client processes the largest volume of transactions worldwide, driving the global economy daily. Based in the Gateshead office, this role offers an exceptional working environment and strong long-term extension prospects.
You will join the E2E Customer Experience Servicing Product Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the digital and assisted servicing landscape (including AI, chatbots, and relationship management tools) for millions of users worldwide.
The Role
As a Product Analyst within a SAFe Agile environment, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, translating problem statements into actionable features for the Servicing Train.

Key Responsibilities:
- Backlog & Feature Management: Articulate detailed business/product requirements, define feature acceptance criteria, and prioritize the SAFe Agile Train backlog based on value metrics.
- PI Planning & Agile Delivery: Lead PI planning, create release plans, and apply Agile methods to ensure continuous inspection and adaptation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and SRE teams to define scope and manage risks.
- Testing & Sign-off: Support monthly UAT and production go-live cadences; review engineering demos and provide final validation for deployed code.
- Stakeholder Management: Keep technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned on pipeline features, delivery risks, and go/no-go release decisions.

What You Bring
- Agile/SAFe Expertise: Proven experience operating within a structured SAFe Agile framework, managing feature lifecycles and PI planning.
- Strong Business Analysis: Deep understanding of product requirements gathering, scope definition, and backlog refinement.
- Communication & Influence: Ability to operate independently and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels (from engineering to execs).
- Adaptability: Sharp problem-solving and time-management skills, comfortable executing at pace in a constantly evolving environment.
This is an initial 12-month contract working for a fantastic team in a great organization. Long-term opportunity to help growth something already amazing and could be a much longer-term role for the right person.
