Product Analyst - Product & Experience

Location: London (Hybrid)
Practice Area: Product & Experience
Type: Permanent

Shape meaningful digital products that improve customer outcomes across financial services and energy.

The Role

As a Product Analyst within Capco’s Product & Experience practice, you will support the definition, development, and scaling of digital products for leading financial services and energy clients. Working alongside Product Managers, engineers, designers, and data specialists, you will help translate business needs into product features and contribute to the delivery of impactful customer experiences.

You will play a key role in analysing user needs, supporting product decision-making, and helping clients unlock value from emerging technologies, including data, automation, and AI capabilities, within complex and regulated environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessment to inform product decisions and identify customer needs.
  • Support roadmap planning, backlog management, prioritisation, and user story development alongside Product Managers.
  • Map business processes and document current-state and future-state requirements with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the identification and definition of AI-enabled use cases, including benefits and implementation considerations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, capturing requirements, decisions, actions, and product documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in product management, business analysis, or a related digital or technology role.
  • Experience, or strong academic grounding, in delivering digital products within B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments, ideally in financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical product outcomes.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and engaging with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a desire to develop within a consulting environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to data-driven, AI-enabled, or platform-based products through professional, academic, or personal projects.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, large language models, or agentic systems.
  • Experience supporting product delivery in regulated industries.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices.
