Product Analyst
Product and Experimentation Analyst (Permanent, Remote)
Location: This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work virtually from anywhere within the UK.
The Opportunity
At RS Group, we are scaling the use of data, experimentation, product analytics, and operational tools to drive customer outcomes and commercial growth. As a Product and Experimentation Analyst, you will bridge the gap between insights and actions—using analytical techniques to support teams in testing, learning, and decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Analytics & Customer Understanding
- Analyse customer behaviour across key digital journeys to identify friction points, opportunities, and performance changes.
- Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, UX, Experimentation, and business stakeholders.
- Combine quantitative (analytics) and qualitative insights, including:
- User research
- Voice of the Customer
- Session replay tools
- Explain why performance shifts occur by connecting customer behaviour, product changes, and commercial outcomes.
Growth Hypotheses & Experimentation
- Assist teams in developing structured growth hypotheses based on data, customer insights, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to:
- Turn opportunities into experiment ideas
- Define discovery questions
- Prioritise roadmap actions
- Support the design of A/B tests and test-and-learn approaches.

Airtable & Workflow Enablement
- Build, maintain, and enhance Airtable bases supporting:
- Experimentation workflows
- Product analytics
- Insight management
- Operational efficiency
Automation & AI
- Identify repentitive manual tasks eligible for reduction via:
- Automation
- Low/no-code workflows
- AI-assisted processes
What You’ll Bring
Essential Experience:
- Proven track record in data analysis, product analytics, experimentation, or growth roles (CRO, digital analytics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation principles, and core statistical methods.
- Hands-on experience with product/digital analytics tools, including:
- Statsig
- Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude
- Contentsquare
- Proficiency in dashboard/reporting tools, such as:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Looker Studio, Airtable
Technical Skills:
- Deep working knowledge of Airtable, including:
- Bases, linked records, forms, interfaces, views, automations
- Ability to design:
- Structured workflows
- Insight repositories
- Operating systems for improved team efficiency
- Interest in AI applications, particularly those enhancing:
- Reporting
- Documentation
- Insight generation
- Workflow automation
Data & Technical Foundation:
- Foundational SQL skills
- Experience working with large-scale datasets in environments like:
- Snowflake
- BigQuery, Redshift
