The Role

We're looking for a Product and Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our core business platforms and drive their ongoing development, optimisation and adoption across the organisation.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Commercial, Project Management, Media and Data, you'll act as the link between business users, development teams and external technology partners. You'll ensure our systems continue to evolve in line with business priorities, delivering efficient, scalable solutions that support both operational performance and long-term growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through technology, improving processes, managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement across business-critical systems.

What you will do

  • Own and develop key business systems and platforms, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
  • Define system roadmaps, priorities and enhancement plans aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, performance monitoring and operational insights.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to improve integrations, user experience and system functionality.
  • Support and enhance workflow tools, ensuring strong user adoption and business value.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate system priorities, progress and future developments.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience managing business systems, applications or digital platforms.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience working with development teams within an agile environment.
  • The ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
  • A strong understanding of process improvement, workflow optimisation and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience prioritising competing demands and managing multiple initiatives.
  • A data-driven approach, using insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
  • Knowledge of data security, GDPR and governance best practices.
  • Experience supporting operational systems and infrastructure would be advantageous.
