Product Assistant (12m Fixed Term Contract)

Are you a fashion graduate looking for your first head office opportunity? Or perhaps you're already working as a Product Assistant, Buying Assistant and ready for your next challenge?
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful, well-established fashion and lifestyle brand that designs innovative collections sold across the UK and internationally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative Product team where you'll gain exposure to the entire product development process, work alongside experienced Category Managers and play a key role in bringing exciting seasonal collections to life.

What You'll Be Doing
As Product Assistant, you'll become an essential member of the Product team, supporting the development and launch of seasonal collections while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Category Managers with the day-to-day management of product ranges.
- Maintaining accurate product information, range plans, pricing documents and trackers.
- Coordinating and managing product samples throughout the development process.
- Assisting with seasonal launches, presentations and product set-up.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, product information and launch materials.
- Tracking actions, updating critical path information and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Supporting pricing updates, swing ticket information and product data.
- Working closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising and Product teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Gradually taking ownership of smaller product categories as your experience develops.

Who We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from people who are passionate about product and eager to build a successful career within a fashion head office.
You could be:
- A Fashion, Buying or Merchandising graduate looking to secure your first industry role.
- Currently working as a Product Assistant, Buying Assistant, Merchandise Admin Assistant or Allocator and ready for your next step.
- Someone with retail head office or product administration experience looking to move into a more commercially focused product role.
