Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Product Associate to join our Commercial team. This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of a strong, competitive customer proposition across savings and mortgage products.
You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of products, ensuring they deliver excellent customer outcomes while supporting commercial objectives. Working closely with the Commercial Team, you will help bring new product ideas to market, maintain robust processes, and ensure all product-related communications and system implementations are accurate and timely.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to product innovation, pricing strategy, and customer experience within a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Accountabilities
Savings and Mortgage Product Management
- Support the development and implementation of customer-focused product propositions and pricing strategies that balance fairness and commercial performance.
- Contribute to pricing models, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Compile and present management information (MI) to inform product strategy and performance monitoring.
- Assist in the delivery of new product launches, rate changes, and proposition updates, including supporting marketing activity.
- Manage product setup and implementation in core systems (e.g. T24 and Jade), ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Support liquidity management and optimisation of margin in line with corporate objectives.
- Ensure product procedures and processes are well documented, up to date, and minimise operational and regulatory risk.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong numerical and commercial acumen.
- Good understanding of savings and mortgage markets.
- Ability to analyse data and support decision-making.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a product-related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience in product development, pricing, or financial forecasting.
- Knowledge of product marketing and customer proposition development.
- Previous experience within a financial services institution.
- Exposure to savings and/or mortgage product management.
