About Alknoma
Alknoma is building Ayven, the Super Coordinator for teams - an agentic collaborative layer that works alongside your team in Slack and Teams. Put an automated coordinator, communicator, and problem-solver on the team: one that works 24/7 to chase the inputs, untangle who owns what, and keep projects moving, so people stay focused on the work that matters.
The Role
We're hiring a Product Associate with the breadth of a senior generalist and the judgement to operate close to the founders. This is a high-trust role with real ownership across priorities, requiring someone who can move between product, go-to-market, and operations without needing constant direction.
- Represent Alknoma at selected events
- Work directly with customers and prospects
- Feed conversations into product and go-to-market decisions
- Learn quickly, spot patterns, and help shape what we build and how we take it to market
Where This Goes
Over time, the role develops along a single clear path: product and strategy. You'll grow from supporting the work to owning it - taking on roadmap decisions, feature development, and product-led growth initiatives with strong commercial context.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Start broad, close to GTM, customers, and operations
- As you build that context, the role leans firmly toward product and strategy
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can operate independently, think commercially, and turn ambiguity into progress. The strongest candidates will have a record of building, shipping, and improving things without needing a tightly defined brief, while still working with discipline and accountability.
- Built and shipped a real, externally-facing product
- Comfortable being customer-facing
- Use AI tools and other modern systems to work faster and make better decisions
- Comfortable operating around product and engineering
A basic working understanding of tools like Python and Google Cloud (GCP) is a nice plus - enough to be dangerous and follow along, not to ship production systems.
A feel for go-to-market - how products get positioned, sold, and adopted - is a genuine plus, but it is not the core of this role.
You bring product development skills or other backgrounds that show structured problem-solving, sound judgement, and the ability to turn ambiguity into action. We welcome candidates from strategy, operations, finance, product, startups, or similar environments where you've built a strong analytical toolkit and delivered with rigour.

Who This Isn't For
- Need your role tightly defined before you start
- Prefer to advise rather than execute
- Aren't comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and direct accountability
- This is not an engineering role - if what you really want is to write code day to day, this won't be the right fit either
Location
This role is London-based and hybrid - you'll work from our London office on a regular in-person basis (around three days a week). You must already be based in London, or able to be. We are hiring locally only and cannot consider fully remote or overseas applicants for this position. You must already have the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What You Get
- Meaningful early-stage equity, with the opportunity to share directly in the upside if we execute well.
- Direct access to the founders and regular exposure to the decisions that matter most to the business.
- Fast decision-making, with clear ownership and short feedback loops.
- £400 per month AI and productivity tools budget.
