About the Role
Client360 is a strategic pillar of the JPMorgan Chase Commercial & Investment Bank, bridging data, analytics, and client engagement to redefine how the bank operationalises client-centric value. By centralising client activity data and integrating external datasets, Client360 enables JPMorgan to deliver agile solutions that enhance insights and drive enterprise growth at scale.
You’ll join a team delivering cutting-edge products and services that prioritise client satisfaction while unlocking the potential of data & AI. Your work will shape the future of analytics-driven client relationships, impact business performance, and help JPMorgan maintain its pre-eminence across global financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Product Ownership: Translate business needs into actionable technical/product requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring final solutions directly address client and operator pain points.
- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Wield analytics, reporting, and integrated data platforms to extract actionable business insights, integrating third-party data sources to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders—from senior business leaders to Client360 product managers—ensuring alignment between vision and execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data science, software development, and product teams to design initiatives, resolves issues, and consistently embed best practices.
- Deep Client Domain Expertise: Develop a specialty in JPMorgan’s engagement model, including:
- Go-to-market strategies for corporate, sovereign, and institutional clients
- Client relationship management priorities
- Business development levers
- Market positioning for high-value proposals

Technical & Leadership Requirements
Essential:
- 3+ years in product management, data-driven consultancy, or investment banking—proven ability to solve complex business challenges in high-accountability environments.
- Hands-on experience leveraging data analytics to derive business outcomes—familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
- Complete understanding of JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), including products (advisory, securities, markets), relationships with institutional clients, and client diversification strategies.
- Full product development lifecycle (Lifecycle) experience: gathering requirements, prioritising roadmaps, and overseeing delivery.
- Strong record of self-driven initiative, goal-setting, and entrepreneurial and leadership—capable of managing multiple work streams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Multi-project capability with a track record of balancing operational delivery with strategic innovation.
Prior Knowledge & Skills:
- Highly effective written and oral communication, with ability to translate data/data trends into business narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior exposure to client financial analysis, risk assessment, or investment strategies.
- Preference for collaborative environments where data-driven decision-making leads product advantage.
