Join a growing engineering organisation at the forefront of advanced satellite communications and space technology.
We're looking for a Product Assurance Engineer to support the development and delivery of complex space payload hardware used in demanding mission-critical applications. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers, you'll ensure quality, reliability, and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Product Assurance support across space and satellite communications programmes
- Manage non-conformances, deviations, waivers, and corrective actions
- Support design, manufacturing, verification, and qualification activities
- Participate in design reviews, customer reviews, and readiness milestones
- Work with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance requirements are achieved
- Support environmental and qualification testing activities
- Report Product Assurance status, risks, and quality metrics to programme stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Product Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Reliability Engineering within a complex engineering environment
- Experience managing non-conformances, concessions, waivers, and deviations
- Understanding of assurance activities across design, manufacture, test, and verification
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Eligible for unrestricted UK Security Clearance

Desirable Requirements
- Experience within the space, aerospace, defence, or other highly regulated sectors
- Knowledge of ESA, ECSS, or similar industry standards
- Familiarity with AIT, qualification testing, and flight hardware verification
- Understanding of EEE components, RAMS, materials and processes, or radiation assurance
- Experience supporting RF, microwave, electronics, or communications hardware programmes
