Location
The position is based in London, with some flexibility to work a few days a week remotely.

- Build and develop the product for our users in the UK with our low-code platform (JetLang);
- Draw the most efficient and intuitive user experience possible for our customers;
- Update the product according to the evolution of UK payroll law;
Technical Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot the existing platform by managing the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system;
- Clean, optimize, and revamp the current codebase to contribute to our technical transformation.
Collaboration
- Design solutions (prototypes and architecture), by working closely with product designers and engineers;
- Work in collaboration with the local UK teams: Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, and Marketing; and the international teams.
This role is for you if (Must-have skills)
- You have an engineering background and diploma: bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a product technical role;
- You have an enthusiasm for product management, design and development, and would like to grow progressively into a hands-on Product Owner;
- You have a passion for building apps with a great UX for customers;
- You have enthusiasm for problem-solving, logic, and developing smart solutions;
- You have a positive attitude: highly-motivated, with an ability to be entrepreneurial, creative, and intellectually curious;
- You have a humble attitude: you love working in teams and constantly learning;
- You speak fluent English🇬🇧 and Spanish 🇪🇸;

Your future team
You will be building our platform alongside 1 Product Lead and the other Product Builders in the team. You will also work in collaboration with the local UK teams: Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, and Marketing, and the international teams.
Interview process
- First, you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call (30min);
- Next step, you will be sent a low-code preliminary test to be taken online (1h);
- You will go through a technical challenge with one of the team members (1.5 hr);
- The last step will be a meeting with our Product Lead, Mina (45 min);
