Your New Role...
As a Product Compliance Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in helping the Compliance Team deliver safe, compliant products across Warner Bros. Tours & Retail stores and e-commerce channels. By coordinating activities throughout the product lifecycle, you will help ensure products reach market on time and meet regulatory requirements.
Working closely with Compliance, Buying, Design, Merchandising, Stores and Warehousing teams, you will coordinate supplier engagement, product testing, packaging compliance and critical-path activities across multiple product categories. You'll gain exposure to a broad product portfolio while developing your knowledge of product safety, regulatory compliance and sustainability in a collaborative and evolving environment.

Your Role Accountabilities...
- Coordinate product compliance administration by maintaining technical files, certifications, declarations, test reports and other compliance documentation.
- Manage supplier compliance records by obtaining required documentation and certifications while building effective working relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinate product testing and shipment approval activities by reviewing test reports, validating compliance documentation and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with packaging compliance by validating product safety warnings, legal labelling requirements and tracking sustainability information.
- Partner with Buying, Design, Merchandising, Stores and Warehousing teams to facilitate critical-path delivery and resolve compliance-related queries.
- Produce compliance reports and maintain trackers that enable effective compliance management, supplier oversight and sustainability reporting.
- Conduct regulatory, market and competitor research, contributing to product risk assessments that help minimise compliance risk and inform decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience...
- Experience in a retail, consumer products, licensing, supplier or similar commercial environment.
- Understanding of product compliance, product safety and risk assessment principles.
- Knowledge of REACH, CPSIA or other product safety regulations would be advantageous.
- Experience maintaining compliance documentation, supplier records or product testing programmes.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately in a process-driven environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with external suppliers.
- A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing a career in product compliance.

Hybrid Working
- This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
- Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
