Unique Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. Initially operating as a standalone specialist, you will take ownership of our compliance and sustainability obligations whilst building the foundations for future growth and working collaboratively with multiple functions across the Group.
THIS IS BASED IN SOUTHEND OR WATFORD
Main Responsibilities
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
- Bring all UK and European compliance registrations and reporting obligations up to date.
- Establish robust data collection and reporting processes.
- Create a comprehensive product compliance and sustainability roadmap.
- Introduce clear product compliance governance and accountability structures.
- Ensure the business is positioned to meet upcoming environmental and sustainability regulations.
- Build a scalable product compliance framework capable of supporting future growth across Europe.
- Become the central coordinator for the Group's product, packaging and sustainability compliance programme, working collaboratively across functions and external partners.

Person Specification
