I am closely working with an ever-growing Brand Group, who are looking to hire an additional role into their team.

Role of Product Compliance, Sustainability Manager

The role of Product Compliance, Sustainability Manager will have overall responsibility for ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations relating to packaging, environmental compliance, product stewardship and sustainability across all markets in which we operate.

You will develop the compliance framework, manage registrations and reporting requirements, work closely with external compliance partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the business remains ahead of emerging UK and EU legislation, together with evolving customer and marketplace compliance requirements.

This is a hands-on standalone role; it requires a practical and hands-on approach.

The successful candidate must be equally comfortable developing strategy, understanding and implementing regulatory requirements, managing external advisors, coordinating multiple stakeholders, removing blockers and driving projects through to completion whilst also completing detailed administrative submissions and reporting.

This role can be based out of their Watford or Southend on Sea office locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
