As a Product Converting Operator you will:
- Complete Operator training programs
- Operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment
- Rotate through various jobs as needed
- Work in Dark and Light room conditions
- Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards

The Skills to be successful:
- High School Diploma – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
- Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail Oriented Team Player
- Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.
- Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.
- Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.
- Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.
- Good Manual Dexterity
- Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.
- Desire to continually improve oneself.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
- Ability to work in Dark Room conditions if needed
