Product Coordinator (12-month FTC) – European HQ, Milton Keynes
About the Role
New Era, the world’s leading headwear company, is seeking a Product Coordinator to join our European HQ in Central Milton Keynes. This role supports our SMU and Key Account team, working closely with top clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India—critical to driving business growth.
Reporting to the Assistant Product Manager - DTC, ECOM & Global Adoption, this role bridges product development, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations across our Headwear, Apparel, and Accessories portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the DTC, ECOM, and Global Adoption Product Management team to maintain accurate product roadmaps for Headwear, Apparel, and Accessories.
- Submit License Approvals for all major sports licences.
- Consolidate launch preparations for international markets, ensuring timely delivery of relevant information to the sales team and wider product team.
- Assist in processing re-orders, verifying accuracy of pricing matrices and system setups.
- Distribute development samples to sales and customers in a prompt manner.
- Provide general support for administrative PM tasks within the Headwear business unit.

Required Skills & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or recent graduate qualification in a product-related discipline (e.g., Business, Marketing, Business Management, Branding).
- Strong interest in sports, product innovation, and industry trends.
- A positive, energetic attitude; self-motivation and initiative are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships across teams.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Multitasking and prioritisation are key.
- Willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments while delivering high-quality work on time.
