Product Coordinator – Part-time 0.6 – 3 days per week (Office based)

£18,000 to 21,000 [Equivalent to £30,000 - £35,000 full-time prorate]

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join our expert Design & Development team, working on premium fashion jewellery ranges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and record client product management meetings
  • Liaise with supply partners on technical and manufacturing issues
  • Organise and report product quality and compliance testing
  • Maintain and distribute product samples and documentation
  • Track product development critical path, chase and report progress
  • Raise and track purchase orders for samples and packaging

  • A logical thinker with solution-focused and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Confident, calm, and effective when dealing with clients and factories

Interview & Selection Criteria:

Applicants must show proficiency using Microsoft Excel; some experience of Sage will be beneficial. Short-listed candidates will be invited to complete a series of simple skills tests.
