The Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Product Data Executive to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across product data, product management and purchasing, with real visibility across the wider business.
You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality product data while supporting the development and management of product ranges.

Key Responsibilities
Product Data
- Create, update and maintain product data across ERP and PIM systems
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness of all data
- Cleanse and analyse data to meet business standards
- Work closely with merchandising teams on product lifecycle management
Product & Purchasing Support
- Support Product Managers with product ranges and suppliers
- Assist with supplier selection, onboarding and performance monitoring
- Help deliver new product launches across the business
- Investigate product and supplier queries
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Inventory, Compliance and Operations teams
- Support reporting, pricing analysis and performance tracking
- Contribute to projects including process improvements and competitor analysis
- Assist with compliance documentation (UK/EU regulations)

About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret data
- Confident communicator and team player
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Desirable
- Experience using ERP or PIM systems
- Previous experience in product data, buying or merchandising environments
