Morris Sinclair is recruiting on behalf of a global consumer products organisation seeking a Product Data & Syndication Specialist to join its growing Product Information Management team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the ongoing development of the organisation's product information capability, ensuring high-quality product data is accurately managed, maintained and distributed across multiple digital and retail channels.
Working as part of a collaborative cross-functional team, you'll play a key role in maintaining product data integrity, supporting business-critical initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of product information processes.
The Role
As the Product Data & Syndication Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing product information within the inRiver PIM platform. You will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Digital and Technology to ensure product data is complete, accurate and ready for publication.
This role will also support ongoing PIM implementation and optimisation projects, helping to improve data quality, streamline processes and support the successful delivery of product information across multiple business channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage product information within the inRiver PIM platform.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete and aligned with internal data governance standards.
- Coordinate the collection, validation and enrichment of product information from a range of business stakeholders.
- Support the syndication of product data across digital, retail and eCommerce channels.
- Assist with ongoing PIM implementation, enhancement and optimisation activities.
- Perform data validation, cleansing and quality assurance to maintain high standards of product information.
- Identify and resolve product data issues, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Produce reports relating to product data quality, completeness and operational performance.
- Contribute to the development of product data standards, governance and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support product launches and business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance product data management.
About You
You will have previous experience working within a Product Information Management or Product Master Data environment and be confident managing complex product information across multiple systems.
You'll be highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Product Information Management (PIM), Product Master Data or Product Data role.
- Hands-on experience using inRiver PIM.
- Experience supporting PIM implementation, migration or optimisation projects.
- Knowledge of product data syndication across multiple digital or retail platforms.
- Strong understanding of product data governance and quality management.
- Experience working with large product catalogues and structured datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ERP, DAM or other enterprise systems would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within retail, consumer products, manufacturing or FMCG environments would be beneficial.
